Definitely a good place to live for anyone working in the area (Detroit to Novi) and not bad for longer distance commuters (i.e. I work in Auburn Hills). Always well maintained and clean. Also, usually a good set of roommates. Great landlord as well.

Great place to live. Everything but your food is included. All cooking needs are there and cable/internet is included with all the movie channels.House is a lot bigger than it looks and is constantly improving.

This was a great place to live during work term. The landlord is a former Kettering student so he is very accommodating to the Kettering schedule. It was inexpensive and an overall good experience. I would recommend this place to any one looking for a place to live over their work term.
