We, RateMyStudentRental, LLC., do not and will not sell/share or knowingly reveal information to any type of third party. All of the information gathered during the registration process is to identify the user, verify that the user is over the age of 18 and to contact the user via e-mail for confirmation and exclusive communication, never for spam or any malicious purposes.
The information entered into the rating questionnaire/survey is for public viewing. All information entered in a rental review and submitted to the rental's profile constitutes the comments and acquisitions of the user; this information is public to viewers of the site, however no personal information entered during the registration process will be displayed (except the user name that is created by each user).
Our customers' personal information is safe with us, always.
This Privacy Policy is subject to change of course, but we will notify all registered users if and when this comes to pass.
